UMD Partners with UDC, GMU to Address Flood Risks

University of Maryland researchers have partnered with researchers from the University of the District of Columbia and George Mason University to address the growing flood risks across the country. Together, the researchers will focus on identifying the flood risks of the National Capital Region, advising officials on implementing a management policy, and developing products that will assist in the containment of flood related destruction.
